I need a separation agreement. Dealing with custody and selling our house and a ton of issues.

My husband and I separated, so I need a separation agreement. Very stressful. We have three kids, so dealing with custody and selling our house and a ton of issues, let alone all the emotions that play into it. So a stressful, emotional time.
After that conversation with the first lawyer, even though I was the higher-income earner in my marriage. She had advised me that I was going to have to pay my ex half my pension, that I was going to have to pay him $1,500 a month in child support, that I was going to have to pay him spousal support, that I was going to have to pay him an equalization payment. So when I contacted the Family Law Group, I thought I was going to lose my house. I was going to never be able to retire. I was going to have to, as an almost 40-year-old person, move back into my parent's one-bathroom house with my three children because it was looking pretty bleak after the advice I received from that first lawyer.
