Interviewer: What was your experience like with this call? What you expected versus how it turned out?

Client: A 45-minutes call. That was easy. I probably had longer-winded responses than some people might. The call was simple. I didn't have any expectations. Kaila and the law firm did right by me, so it's only prudent to pay it forward on their behalf because that's half the battle. Every day, every year, there's a new crop of lawyers being graduated into family law. How do you wade through them all if you don't have quality reviews? You can't have multiple conversations with every potential lawyer, let alone a law firm that deals in your type of case. So you need some way to streamline it. And if that's through ratings, organizations such as yourself, or through Internet reviews, then how can one really make an informed, educated decision on what's best for them to help them out and get the results that I, and probably so many others have been able to get?

Interviewer: And is there anything that I could have done to improve your experience?

Client: No. Whether it's you as a personality or as a professional, The fact that you're able to, quote, unquote, see me as an individual and see me in what I'm going through, at least validating that experience, I think goes a long way for someone who's talking to you on the other end. So kudos to you.

Interviewer: And I want to say kudos to you, too, because it's not easy being open and honest and so candid about, quote-unquote failures, or the mistakes we make. But it's really incredible that you are able to look at them, and I'm in awe of you. Okay. Just keep doing the work. You're doing great. Thank you so much. Greg.

Client: All right. Thank you.
