Client: I like the questions. The questions are good. I feel like something like this could be useful for other people like myself, who haven't been in a situation like this, to read or to listen to. Here's feedback on this person on what they liked about the lawyer or the firm, or what they didn't like. Somebody may not be looking for the same things in the firm that I might be looking for, but somebody else may be. So if I say something specific, someone will be like, "Oh, that's what I'm looking for."
Interviewer: What are your thoughts on if your voice and everything would be public, just so other clients would actually know all the steps in the journey?
Client: Oh yeah, that's fine. There are always people who are looking for validation or
