Interviewer: Can I ask what your experience was like with this call?

Client: Amazing!

Client: Amazing. You've got a very calm, soothing voice, and it's very comfortable to talk to you. I just was like an open book with you. I think this process is really important. Even the process of this interview and the way they handled it. So Wendy from the firm sent me an email. And I'm sure some of it was a form letter, but the initial part of it was not, or it didn't feel like it was. And it wasn't just, " We're wrapping up your case, so we're going to, on a scale of one to 10." It was so personalized that right away, I said, "Of course I will. Of course, I will take the time to do that."

Client: I don't think any of the other lawyers I've ever dealt with have ever done a follow-up phone call, email, nothing. So, kudos to them for making the effort to want to know what they can improve on, what their strengths are, and what their weaknesses are. That speaks volumes about them as well.

Client: That's a good thing.

Client: I think it's great. You're very good at it. You're very composed, but you have a very gentle and meaningful tone in your voice. That's great. So keep doing what you're doing.
