Client: This is pretty much how I expected it to go. I've done some other reviews for some businesses and stuff like that, so I feel like it was a similar process, and yeah, no, it was exactly how I expected it to go. I told Corina I had really positive feedback and wanted to share it. And so when she asked me if I would, I said absolutely.

Interviewer: If you had to rate the call on a scale of one to ten. What would that be?

Client: I'd say ten. Friendly. Quick.

Interviewer: Thank you so much. Is there anything that I could have done to improve your experience?

Client: No, I don't think so.
