It just met my expectations. It was kind of what I was expecting.

Interviewer: What was your experience with this call like?

Client: Oh, you're so lovely. It's pretty easy. Like, it feels good, right? Because I get it. When firms need something, they need reviews on their website, too, to generate more business. And I appreciate them, and I appreciate what they've done. So, just takes a couple minutes of your day.

Client: It just met my expectations. It was kind of what I was expecting. Pretty painless.

Interviewer: If you were to rate it on a scale of one to ten, what would that be?

Client: I would say a nine, just because I don't have any snacks at my desk. It's not your fault. My fault. It's all good. I'm just kidding. You're good.

Interviewer: Okay, what would you tell somebody who was on the fence about speaking to us about their experience?

Client: Well, people are just lazy, right? They just don't want to do it. I just would encourage them to be helpful. Just take a couple minutes and be helpful to someone. That's all it is, right? I know it is hard to get people to do it, but just do it. Tell them to do it.

Interviewer: What did you think about the scheduling process?

Client: Oh, easy peasy.

Interviewer: And how did you find the reminders, the emails and texts? Did you get both?

Client: Oh, I love that. I liked the text one. Yeah, I got both, but I really like the text one. Because your day gets busy, right? And then I was like, "Oh, yeah, shoot."
