I might have had one question about the very first billing that I wasn't aware of, but then, since I was the second person in line after [Client], [Client] might have had lots of stuff to read initially when he set up the retainer. Information that I wasn't privy to. So, had we been just doing everything ourselves, it might have been better. But they had an agreement with [Client], so there really wasn't anything we could do about that.

On the first billing, there was an admin fee, and that's probably something my son was aware of, but I wasn't aware of it because I hadn't read anything about the retainer agreement. So, it might have been 10% of the retainer because it was $400. Maybe suggesting that not only the actual client but the client's parents read the retainer agreement. Because I feel like that was more my mistake than anything they did wrong because I should have educated myself more about it.
